Pcnautic Tiller Drive equipped with attachments with 2 meters of cable without plug.

With the Pcnautic Tiller Drive you can 1 on 1 replace your old Raymarine Q047 Tiller Drive.

The Pcnautic Tiller Drive can be used in combination with the various handlebar computers from Raymarine, Simrad, B&G, Garmin, Pypilot and Pelagic

Internal rudder position transmitter:

The biggest advantage of the Pcnautic Tiller Drive is the internal rudder gauge, which can be connected to your handlebar computer.

This allows your Autopilot to respond much better to the conditions.

With the Pypilot and Pelagic, the rudder position is displayed but not used for steering corrections

For a correct rudder position in combination with Raymarine handlebar computers additional resistors are needed, it is best to use a complete replacement set for your specific system!

Additional benefits:

– The Pcnautic Tiller Drive is equipped with End Switches, which prevent the motor from burning out in the extreme positions.

– A longer stroke / Stroke of 300mm instead of the 250mm of Raymarine.

– No freewheel, so there is less wear and power consumption.

– Quieter

-Now with an improved cable entry and a reinforced and improved pushrod guide and seal:

The power and speed of the Pcnautic Tiller Drive matches Raymarine's drive.

Extension / pushrod extension

The standard distance between tiller pin and mounting bush is 620mm (midstroke see images above.)

If the drive rod / pushrod of your Raymarine tiller drive has been extended, you must select the correct size (midstroke).

If your size is not listed, choose the Custom Made Midstroke and let us know the desired size.

The extensions or risers that may be mounted at the rear (equipped with the Raymarine bus), can simply be used in combination with the Pcnautic Tiller Drive.

Support

Maintenance TillerDrive:
It is recommended to lubricate the stainless steel drive rod lightly with a silicone grease after every 24 hours of use. This is available at any hardware store, including under the name Kranenvet.

The dark gray part of the TillerDrive can corrode in combination with salt and humid conditions, so rinse the entire drive with fresh water after use in salt water and store the drive in a dry place in a ventilated area. never put it on, for example, damp mooring lines in the box.
You can also lubricate the entire drive with the silicone grease, make sure it is clean and dry before applying the grease. Due to the silicone coating, water will roll off immediately and the dirt and salt can then easily be rinsed off.
