It is possible that under Windows no Comport (COM) is displayed in your navigation program and device manager.
Update (15-01-2020) new way:
Download the driver installation program: ubloxGnss_sensorDeviceDriver_windows_v2.40.exe
You can find the program under downloads, run the program and follow the instructions.
After restarting the PC, you will find the GPS/GNSS under the com ports as “u-blox Virtual COM Port (COMx)”, see item 7 below from the old way.
Old way:
1: Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom of the windows bar and type device manager.
2: Choose Device Manager.
3: If the u-blox GNSS (GPS) is displayed under sensors, then you need to update the driver by right-clicking the u-blox.
4: Choose Search my computer…. / 5: Choose I want to choose from a list……
6: Choose a Serial USB device,
7: After installation you will see GNSS/GPS under Ports in Device Manager, under the same port number (in this case COM7) you will find the GNSS/GPS at connections in your navigation program.
You now have to remove the USB plug from the GNSS/GPS once and insert it again to ensure that the data is received in your navigation program!
