Midstroke
The midstroke is the distance between the Tillerpin and Brass bushing with the rudder in the middle.
With the Easy Drive without rudder feedback a minimum midstroke of 570mm is possible, with rudder feedback a minimum of 600mm, maximum 900mm
The push rod extensions from Raymarine and Simrad do not fit the Pcnautic drive
The Raymarine Q047 drive (ST4000/SPX5/S1/EV-100) has a standard midstroke of 620mm without extension
The Simrad TP10, TP22 and TP32 have a standard midstroke of 595mm without extension
The Raymarine ST1000 and ST2000 have a standard midstroke of 589mm without extension
Connector drive
You can choose between a straight connector or an angled connector on the drive.
The Offshore and Pro Tiller Pilot is supplied with pre-assembled 5-pin solder plugs.
The Easy Tiller Pilot only comes with the straight 2-pole screw connectors supplied separately.
The Raymarine Tiller Drive Replacement set comes pre-assembled with 5-pin solder connectors.
Drive cable length
The cable length at the drive together with the cable length from the socket to the MotorController or mounting box cannot exceed 1,95 meters in total.
Connector socket
You can choose between a straight connector or an angled version.
The angled version is suitable for a maximum skin thickness of 10 mm

With the Pcnautic Tiller Drive replacement set, you can replace your old Raymarine Q047 Tiller Drive one-to-one.
Complete installation and calibration set for the Raymarine Autopilots.
The biggest advantage of the Pcnautic Tiller Drive is the internal rudder gauge, which can be connected to your handlebar computer.
This allows your Autopilot to respond much better to the conditions.

1: Pushrod extension, with standard center position of 620mm, adjusted to requirements from 600 to 900mm.
2: Cable length Tiller Drive standard 75cm to be adjusted to max 2 meters.
3: Mounted 5 pole connector (also available at right angles), internally provided with the necessary resistors for correct rudder position display.
4: Mounted 5-pin socket (also available angled with a maximum wall thickness of 10mm), with a waterproof backside. The mounting plate has the same dimensions as the Raymarine 6-pin autopilot socket. Drilling hole 26mm for the straight version, 30mm for the angled version.
5: 1 meter cable, mounted on the 5 pole socket (4) other end open end for mounting in box (6).

8: 5 meter shielded NMEA0183 cable for transmission of the rudder position (rudder).

For rudder position calibration, follow the instructions in your system's Raymarine manual!
For the St4000 range, system calibration is not necessary., if the Rudder Bar is not visible after installation press Standby for 2 seconds press Disp 5 times then press +1 to select Rudd Bar, press Standby for 2 seconds to save it.
Turn off the power, after turning on the Rudder Bar will be visible.

For rudder position calibration, follow the instructions in your system's Raymarine manual!
For the ST4000 range, system calibration is not necessary. If the Rudder Bar is not visible during standby after installation, press Standby for 2 seconds, press Disp 5 times, then press +1 to select Rudder Bar, and press Standby for 2 seconds to save.
Switch off the power, if the rudder reference sensor is correctly connected after switching on the Rudder Bar will be visible in Standby mode.
