The Pcnautic Tiller Pilot – your ultimate companion for unparalleled sailing experiences.
This advanced steering system is a game-changer for any seafarer looking for top performance and effortless integration.
Immerse yourself in autonomy with the Pcnautic Autopilot's internal intelligent 9-axis heading sensor. Seamlessly connect to any on-board network – NMEA 0183, Seatalk, NMEA2000/SeatalkNG, Simnet – via internal WiFi or USB adapters, unlocking a world of possibilities.
The Pcnautic Autopilot can steer using the internal compass, wind angle, GPS heading (COG), waypoints and routes and even an external compass.
Configuration and calibration is a breeze through the web interface accessible on your smartphone, tablet or PC.
The Pcnautic Autopilot is also distinguished by its fast response, because it starts correcting earlier and requires less rudder movement. This results in better steering behavior that is reflected in more calmness, power and speed compared to competing systems. Additional benefits of the better steering behavior are lower power consumption and less noise under equal conditions.
At the heart of this masterpiece lies an electronic compass equipped with three 3-axis motion sensors, including a magnetic compass. Whether you call it a 9-axis Gyro, Precision-9 compass, 9Dof or IMU, it is your guarantee for precision and reliability.
The Pcnautic TillerDrive included in the package exceeds expectations with its large, robust motor, internal end stops and increased range of motion delivering superior control and performance.
The Pcnautic Autopilot – a new standard where innovation and technology come together.

Specifications
PCnautic Tiller Drive:
Voltage: 12VDC
Power consumption: 0A (standby), 5A max.
Result: 300mm (12inch)*1
(*1: Because Pcnautic has a 50mm larger stroke, it can be sailed in more extreme conditions compared to the competition)
Rudder Force: 85kg (187lbs) *2
(*2: Rudder force is the fictional force called “rudder force” by competitors such as Raymarine and Simrad)
Static Force: 200kg *3
(*3: The Pcnautic drive cannot be extended or retracted by the rudder force, so it can control larger and heavier ships and/or conditions compared to the competition)
Full rudder at 250mm: 4 sec.
Max. Boat Weight: >7000kg (15000lbs) *4
(*4: Due to the smarter and faster response of the Pcnautic autopilot in combination with the longer stroke and static force, the Pcnautic Autopilot is able to keep larger ships and/or ships on course in tougher conditions compared to the competition, which makes it also better suitable for smaller sporting vessels in tougher conditions where the speed and cleverness of the competition falls short.)
PCnautic Control Head:
Voltage: 12VDC
Power consumption: 110mA at 12V (standby, including motor controller)
Compass: IMU with 3pcs 3-axis motion sensors
WiFi: Access point for settings and calibration with smartphone, tablet or PC
NMEA0183 via USB: with the optional USB NMEA0183 adapter cable for € 25,- GPS, wind, course, waypoint or route data can be sent.
SeaTalk(1): With the optional USB SeaTalk to NMEA0183 converter, the autopilot can be connected to existing SeaTalk networks.

I've been testing the autopilot for about a month now, and it's the best autopilot I've ever used! Compared to the Simrad/Raymarine tiller pilots, he's from another planet.
It could even steer aloft with a spinnaker and reach a speed of up to 8,5 knots. Something I would never trust Simrad/Raymarine with. Even if I'm lazy to trim the sails correctly, it still steers straight.
The user interface is very easy to use with a phone, I am very happy with my purchase.

As a full-time adventurer as a rower and sailor on almost all oceans of this planet, I am often completely dependent on my controls on board and for me there is no autopilot as reliable as the Pcnautic autopilot.
Everything has been made simple and robust and the many tuning options allow you to perfect any desired behavior.
