Description

Pcnautic Autopilot Plus distinguishes itself by:

• Supports motors and drives up to 15A continuous power, heavier loads can be used as long as they are not subjected to heavy loads, see: Dynamic software overcurrent protection
• Suitable for below-deck drives, either with or without clutch!
• PWM coupling (with the clutch version) An average clutch uses 1A of current continuously, by enabling “Clutch PWM” full power is supplied for 2 seconds and then the set percentage, in practical tests it appears that 30% is achievable, this drastically reduces the power consumption of your autopilot.
• Rudder angle/sensor connection and rudder deflection calibration - display, limitation and/or trim alarm.
• Dynamic software overcurrent protection for engine excursion limitation, rudder protection and/or trim alarm and prevents the physical fuse from blowing!
• Voltage sensor for under and over voltage alarm, prevents battery drain and damage.
• 12Vdc and 24Vdc supported (power supply and motor must both support the same voltage)
• Temperature sensor on the MotorController for overload protection.
