De Actisence NGW-1 USB connects the Pcnautic Autopilot or BoatController to any NMEA2000 / N2K / Micro-C or SeaTalkNG network!
The NGW-1 provides you with a fully NMEA2000 certified connection to your NMEA2000 network, which meets the highest quality requirements.
The Actisence NGW translates all possible NMEA2000 sentences to NMEA0183 and vice versa, for the supported sentences: Download Actisence Conversionlist
The advantages of this are:
1. Most Apps and navigation software only support NMEA0183 data.
2. The NGW in combination with the BoatController allows you to connect your NMEA0183 system to your NMEA2000 and/or Seatalk NG network.
3. NMEA2000 is a high tech protocol that puts a heavy burden on the speed and reliability of a system, by using the NGW the BoatController and your network are not burdened with this.

Support
The Actisense NGW-1 USB is plug and play for the Pcnautic Autopilot or BoatController, you don't have to install anything in the Autopilot, BoatController or on your tablet, smartphone or PC!
We optimally set the Actisence NGW to a baud rate of 230400 for the BoatController and 38400 for the Autopilot. We also provide it with the AIS firmware so that it also supports the AIS data.
